Fort Stamford is available to help you get going. We can happily assist you with getting to know the basics of the games. We can give advice on the rules, what to wear and who you could play. We can lend you rackets and balls to get you started. Royston Sumner and Steve Mooney (07534387763) are always available with good advice to get you started.
