Personal FitnessTraining is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. We recognise that every client is individual, and we know that every client requires a bespoke program written by a fully qulaified Personal Trainer to achieve their goals so that’s what you will get!
You will have a 60 minute FREE consultation with a personal trainer, including a fitness assessment and measurements in order to clearly identify your needs and expectations with this knowledge a personal fitness training program will be established, including if required, dietary advice. Each session will be different to keep you interested and motivated.

CYQ Level II Certificate in Teaching Exercise and Fitness
CYQ Level III Certificate in Advanced Fitness Instructing.
