Legs, Bums & Tums Class in Plymouth
Legs, Bums and Tums fitness sessions improve the muscle tone and shape of the body through effective exercises which are specific for the Legs, Bum and Tum. This Class includes an aerobic warm-up followed by a series of exercises concentrating on the Legs, Bums and Tums fitness sessions.This class gives you the benefit of toning and shaping, aswell as increasing your level of fitness.
