Step aerobics sessions are an old favourite, introduced in the 1980's and still going strong. Step Aerobics fitness sessions will provide both cariovascular and muscular endurance. Incoroporating both upper and lower body movements together, you will improve your co-ordination and agility, and the constant push up onto the step will increase leg strength.
