 67031Body conditioning fitness sessions.  A Dynamic Aerobic warm-up, followed by strength and endurance exercises that challenge the entire body using small hand weights and exertubes with floor exercises.  This combination of exercise and movement allows you to maximize the amount of calories burned during the class. Body conditioning fitness sessions can help with stamina and physique.
