Aqua Fit

aquafit web pg pictureAqua fit is an aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Unlike aerobics on land, Aquafit is low-impact and the cushioning effect of the water protects joints in the spine, ankle, hip and knees.  It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels by increasing effort and using resistive equipment.  It is an effective fun workout to music in our swimming pool using floats, woggles etc... The pool depth ranges from 1.2m to 1.4m so during the class you will never be out of your depth.

Aqua Fit classes are held

Monday        1.00pm - 1.45pm

Tuesday       6.45pm - 7.30pm

Wednesday  2.00pm - 2.45pm

Thursday      7.45pm - 8.30pm
