Our instructors will initially perform a comprehensive appraisal of your general health with a series of tests, introduce to you equipment in the gym and write a suitable programme for you to follow. We will regularly review and modify your programme and where necessary reassess your general health, free of charge. We know that this is the best way to keep you motivated and help you achieve your initial goals. We are not just a gym. We offer over 25 exercise classes per week in an our Air conditioned studio (without mirrors), we are Plymouth 's biggest Squash Centre, and we are also able to offer table tennis, tennis, and crèche facilities. Our Tone Zone enables you to tone your body without physical exertion and improve your flexibility and range of movement. At Fort Stamford Health and Fitness we even have a Swimming Pool.
