50 + FITNESS A gentle and effective workout aimed at the over 50 age group.
AB ATTACK Working on the abs and back only.
AQUA FIT A very effective fun workout in the swimming pool using floats, woggles etc.
BODY CONDITIONING Toning the whole body using small hand weights and exertubes with floor exercises.
BODYATTACK

A fat burning cardiovascular workout to activate the energy systems with easy progressive movements. It appeals to men and women with a moderate fitness level who are seeking an athletic challenge. WARNING! This Is Not A Dance Class.

BODYPUMP The ultimate barbell workout that challenges your strength and works every major muscle in your body. Suitable for men and women of all fitness levels who are seeking a motivating class. The Fastest Way To Get In Shape
CIRCUIT TRAINING A good old honest workout - hard work but worth it!
GYM CIRCUITS A mixture of strength and aerobic work - in the gym.
HI LO AEORBICS A fatburning workout.
JUMP & PUMP Wake up and work out.
KIDS CLUB Children will love this active class, fun and games using parachute, space hoppers, balls, ropes & mini sports.
K.O.BO The latest workout - martial arts style aerobics.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS Exercises that concentrates on trimming the legs, bums & tums.
MAXIMUM CONDITIONING A total body muscular endurance workout using barbells, dumbbells, stability ball and exertubes
PILATES Gentle movements working on deep core stability lead to a flatter stomach, improved posture and flexibility.
STABILITY BALL Gain balance, flexibility and strengthen stomach muscles.
STEP AEROBICS Choreographed routines using Reebok steps.

    1. You may book up to one week in advance of the START OF THE CLASS.
    2. It is important that you are warmed up properly, so admittance will be denied 5 minutes after the class has started.
    3. CANCELLATION - We must insist on reasonable notice if you are unable to attend a class that has been booked or arrears may be charged.
